emulsified anionic asphalt (anionic emulsified asphalt)

is the emulsified asphalt in which the asphalt globules are electronegatively charged. Common grades of anionic asphalt are: RS asphalt — anionic rapid-setting emulsified asphalt; MS asphalt — anionic medium-setting emulsified asphalt; SS asphalt — anionic slow-setting emulsified asphalt.
